This morning we signed the contract with the Local Community Development fund who will fund 75% of the playground costs.
The fundraising done and raised by our wonderful community will cover the rest.
We are now busy working with the playground company who will install and complete the project.
Equipment is being ordered which has a small lead time and then the crew will be ready to go to install.
All going well we should have a much needed playground for the children of Enniskerry by mid summer.
After all the years working on this community led project we are so happy with this news.
